Members of Congress, the news media, wants you to beieve that the President is in control and in charge of what goes on in government.  The TRUTH of the matter is that Congress has always been in charge.  However, this last 8 years Congress has been bought with a 3% pay increase, not a typical 1 1/2 % increase, as traditionally been stolen by the automatic pay increases of Congress.  President Bush offered them a 3% and they took it.  With these gifts come FAVORS.  The PATRIOT ACT, HR5122, HR6166, and watch out for this one coming soon, HR 4752, the DRAFT.  As a result of 9/11.

FIRST Let's look at 9/11.  The greatest country, the most wealtiest, and might I add most powerful,  allowed a group of renegades to slip under the defenses of this country and create a "terriorist attack"of such proportion  Might I remind the American people that the Preamble of the constitution states that the primary objective for the government is to ...PROTECT THE COUNTRY FROM ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC...."Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it."  The Declaration of Independence.  July 4, 1776   THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR 9/11. Washington your FIRED!

SECOND The Paritot Act, HR 5122, HR6616 Congress put into place was  to circumvent the CONSTITUTION.  Take away the American people's freedoms, by:

*Authorizing evidence seizes with out a warrent.

*The use of the National Security Pledge to excuse evidence from any court proceeding.

*The suspension of Habeas Corpus for anyone classified as an enemy combatant.

*The Detainee Treatment Act allowing torture of enemy combatants.

*The right to station troops anywhere in America to "supress public disorder"

*The ability for the Executive branch to Search your home even with out the home owner present.

All these laws, and more not mentioned,  were past by Congress giving sweeping new powers to what our founding fathers feared most, "a King". 

.....and guess what?.... The Congressmen sitting in the seat of the 11th dist.  T. McCOTTER, voted YES on each law. 

THIRD Don't think that the Democrats made a difference.  They promised at the last election that they would return troops to America and Impeach BUSH.  Two years later what has changed?

FORTH Don't forget HR 4752 Universal National Service Act, the DRAFT, Introduced by Charles Ranglo, a Democrat, requires all persons in the US including women from 18-42 to perform  period of military service.....Coming soon to a neighborhood near you

Troops. Home. Now.

American soldiers are dying in Iraq. They are dying in Afghanistan. They are stationed in 50 other countries around the world. Our war spending is approaching a trillion dollars. These wars have been brought to us by lies,  NO WMD, 9/11 sponsors are yet to be determined.  Soon IRAN, what's next. 

A Better Way to Green

HHO  The hydrogen generator can reduce the dependency of foreign oil. Also uncapping American oil wells and allow them to once again produce.  The technology is with in our hands to improve the environment and reduce consumption on foreign oil.

Stop Spending Our Money

The budget deficite is now at 8 trillion, we can blame the President, and he surly should take some of the blame, but MOST OF THE BLAME HAS TO BE PLACED WHERE IT BELONGS...CONGRESS.  The deficit can not go on, they are selling our country out.

Stop Spending Our Grandchildren's Money

Since our Federal Government can't scrape by on the $2.5+ trillion that they take from us every year, we've accumulated a national debt that is approaching $10 trillion, or $30,000+ per person. We're paying interest on this debt, and someday soon the interest rate will be much higher then we will be able to pay, what then?  Act now to cut spending, and rescue our grandchildren from a mountain of debt.

Restore the Bill of Rights

I'll fight for all of them. Dissenters and critics will not be quarantined in designated "Free Speech Zones", in violation of the First Amendment.  There will be one giant Free Speech zone, and it will stretch from coast to coast, to cyberspace.

I fully support the Second Amendment, and will not support any restrictions on our rights to defend ourselves. I fully support our 4th Amendment right to be free of searches and seizures, and will fight FISA, warrantless wiretapping and the gestapo-like tactics of the Executive Branch. 

I will work tirelessly to restore the 9th and 10th Amendments, to get Washington out of your life, and to give control back to you, the American People.
